Minutes:
Rep. North shared that the House Environment committee had a committee discussion yesterday about the testimony they have heard throughout the last few weeks. The Committee has decided to move forward with amending S.325 to include removing tier 3 and road rule from Act 181 of 2024.
Vermont Housing Finance Agency, QAP Policy - Maura Collins
VHFA welcomes feedback on the full draft QAP. At the chairs’ request, they would value the Rural Caucus’s perspective on how LIHTC can best support housing needs across Vermont communities. Comments may be emailed to VHFA at developmentdept@vhfa.org through April 24th.
The caucus discussed developing a sign on letter to submit to VHFA including concerns and recommendations.
